Legal action will be filed against the those responsible for the April 21st attacks

COLOMBO (News1st): "Today has been declared as Black Sunday. We can understand the situation of the Cardinal as it has been two years now and a court case has not been filed against this" Minister of Public Security Rear Admiral (Rtd.) Dr. Sarath Weerasekara said. "We wish to remind the people that 7600 people had been arrested. This figure then reduced to approximately 300" he said. The Minister said that the files on the investigations into the attacks have been sent to the Attorney General. "They are taking steps to file cases in court in the coming days" he further added.
