SLFP discusses allegations against Sirisena

COLOMBO (News1st): The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) has discussed the allegations against its leader Maithripala Sirisena in the report of the presidential commission that probed the 2019 April 21st attacks. "I cannot comment on this matter right now. However, as the SLFP, we will announce the final decision on this matter tomorrow," SLFP General Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara said. The presidential commission had identified former president Maithripala Sirisena among the respondents and recommended taking legal action against him for failing to prevent the attacks.
