CSE closes negative

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Colombo Stock Exchange closed in negative today after its benchmark All Share Price Index declined by approximately 4.13%. The All Share Price Index dropped 326 basis points to close at 7,580 today. LOLC Holdings, Browns Investments, Browns & Company, Vallibel One, and Expolanka Holdings, were the main contributors to the change of the ASPI. The more liquid S&P SL20 index dropped 131 basis points to close at 3,032, a drop of 4.15% compared to its previous close. Daily Turnover reached Rs. 4.2 Bn today.
