90% of Colombo schools to re-open on 15th Feb.

Colombo (News 1st); 412 schools in the Colombo District will re-open on the 15th of February with the approval of the Director-General of Health Services, said Education Minister Professor G. L. Peiris on Tuesday (09). All schools in the Thibirigasyaya, Homagama, Kesbewa, Dehiwala, Moratuwa, Seethawaka, Kolonnawa Divisional Secretariats will re-open on the 15th of February, he said. 80 other schools in the Colombo District will re-open on the 15th of March, he added. All schools in the island will re-open on the 15th of March following the conclusion of the G. C. E. Ordinary Level Examination, said the Education Minister.
