Colombo (News 1st); Hundreds lined-up outside the residence of Dhammika Bandara to obtain his so-called Anti-COVID tonic free of charge on Thursday (21).
The distribution took place for an hour and a half starting at 09:30 AM and in compliance to the health regulations and guidelines.
According to reports, the Warakapola Police was called in for crowd control.
Dhammika Bandara said he was compelled to sell his product and later decided to provide it free of charge to around 5000 people.
He said the distribution was organized after informing the relevant authorities.
