Colombo (News 1st); The Central Committee of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party had decided to propose to the government to reactive the provincial councils until the Provincial Council Elections are held.
General Secretary of the SLFP State Minister Dayasiri Jayasekera speaking to reporters said the proposal will request the government to create an environment where Provincial Councilor can serve in their respective councils until an election is called for.
