Hotline to complain against lawbreakers

COLOMBO (News1st): The public can file complaints on lawbreakers through the 118 hotline, public security ministry Sarath Weerasekera has said. The retired Rear Admiral warned that wrongdoers would face serious consequences and would have their identities exposed through the media.
