Sri Lanka open to BOO, BOT, or PPP projects & not loans; Rambukwella

Colombo (News 1st); The government has decided to refrain from obtaining loans for projects, said Cabinet Spokesperson Minister Keheliya Rambukwella on Tuesday (02).
Speaking at the weekly cabinet press briefing, the minister emphasized Sri Lanka will use BOO, BOT, or PPP like methods.
He went on to note the government will only look towards foreign investments.
