Shani Abeysekera exposed to COVID-19; transferred for treatment

Colombo (News 1st); Former Director of the Criminal Investigations Department SSP Shani Abeysekera, who is currently in remand custody, has tested positive for COVID-19.

He was transferred from the Mahara Prison to the Welikada Prison Hospital for treatment.
