Decision on Q/Curfew to be based on Health Authority recommendations

Colombo (News 1st); The Quarantine Curfew currently in effect across the Western Province and several other areas is to be lifted on Monday the 09th of November, however, it would be extended if COVID-19 cases are reported to have spread further, said Deputy Police Chief Ajith Rohana.
He said the decision would be made on the recommendations of the health authorities adding, even though the Quarantine Curfew is lifted, areas placed under lockdown will remain isolated until further notice.
