Quarantine Curfew Pass application for Industries (Available for Download)

Colombo (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police introduced a Quarantine Curfew Pass application to be filled by those who require passes in order to resume operations at factories and other production centers.

The application can be downloaded via the News 1st website and once completed it must be email to [email protected]

Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana said if any factory established which is connected to the Board of Investment, Export Development Board, Agriculture and Aquaculture Sector as well as Plantations, should fill the application form and email it to the Secretary of the Ministry of Water Supply (email address mentioned above), if they require passes to function.
