Quarantine curfew imposed in six police jurisdictions

COLOMBO (News1st): Quarantine curfew has been imposed in six police jurisdictions with immediate effect until further notice. This includes the Maligawatte, Keselwatte, Dam Street, Aduruppuveediya, Wellaweediya and the Foreshore police jurisdictions. This was announced by the National Operation Centre for the Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak in a statement issued on Friday. "A total of 56 police jurisdictions are currently under curfew," police spokesman Ajith Rohana said.
