Colombo (News 1st);  609 new COVID-19 cases reported today (23), said the Department of Government Information and the breakdown of these cases are as follows.

• 48 – Quarantine Centers
• 496 – Peliyagoda Fish Market
• 05 – Galle Fisheries Harbour
• 20 – Beruwala Fisheries Harbour
• 40 – Close Contacts

The Department of Government Information said the total number of COVID-19 cases from the Minuwangoda Cluster is 3426.
