Colombo (News 1st);  Grocery Shops and Pharmacies in areas under quarantine curfew can re-open from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday (16), said Army Commander Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, who is also the Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak
