Over 330,000 PCR tests conducted in Sri Lanka thus far – NOCPCO

Colombo (News 1st); The total number of COVID-19 positive cases reported from the Minuwangoda garment factory stands at 1307 as of Monday (12) morning.

The flight QR 668 from Doha, Qatar with 02 persons arrived Monday morning (12) and they were sent to QCs for necessary quarantining.

Within the day (12), 112 quarantined individuals after PCR tests are set to leave for their homes.

51,004 individuals have so far left home after completing the mandatory quarantine process.

As of this morning (12), 10,447 persons in 93 tri-service-managed QCs are still in quarantine.

On Sunday (11), 3468 PCR tests were carried out across the country and the total PCR tests conducted so far stand at 331,972.

By 6.00 this morning (12), 1 fully recovered COVID-19-affected person went back home from the hospital & he is an expatriate who was in quarantine.
