Colombo (News 1st); The Pattithottam & Periyakadei areas in the Mannar District were declared as isolated villages to contain the spread of Covid-19, said Army Commander – Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva on Sunday (11).

The lockdown order came after several carpenters working at a construction site at the Mannar Bishop House tested positive over the weekend.
