Colombo (News 1st);  A pregnant woman who was receiving treatment at the Castle Street Hospital for Women tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday (07).

Director of the Hospital Dr. Pradeep Wijesinghe said she was immediately transferred to the Mulleriya Hospital for treatment.

She was attached to a private company affiliated with the Minuwangoda Brandix Factory and all staff at the private company were subject to PCR tests on Thursday (08).
