Colombo (News 1st); Another 246 apparel workers attached to the Minuwangoda factory have tested positive for COVID-19, said Army Commander Lt. General Shavendra Silva.

This is in addition to the 220 apparel workers who tested positive on Tuesday (06) morning and the 101 apparel workers who tested positive on Monday (05).

Accordingly, the total number of COVID-19 cases attached to the Minuwangoda cluster rose to 567.
