COLOMBO (News 1st): Directing Sri Lankans for employment overseas, which was temporarily suspended in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, has resumed, Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment said on Sunday (Oct. 04).
The process of sending migrant workers to South Korea has begun and approval was also granted to send Sri Lankan migrant workers to Japan and Romania, Mangala Randeniya, the Deputy General Manager at the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment told News 1st.
