10-hour water cut for Colombo 12, 13, 14 and 15: NWSDB

COLOMBO (News 1st): The water supply to Colombo 12, 13, 14, and 15 will be interrupted for 10 hours from 8:00 pm tonight (Sept. 26) till 6:00 am on Sunday (Sept. 27), the National Water Supply and Drainage Board said.  According to the Water Board, this is due to an upgrade to the essential distribution pipeline under the Greater Colombo Water Supply Improvement Project. In addition, water supply to Colombo 11 will be provided under low-pressure conditions.
