Applications for Faculties of National Colleges of Education, must be submitted online

COLOMBO (News 1st): Applications for Faculties of National Colleges of Education should only be submitted online, this year, the Ministry of Education said. The gazette on the admission of students to Faculties of National Colleges of Education will be issued on Friday (Sep 4). Students will be admitted based on the results of the GCE Advanced Level Examination in 2018. The application form should be completed through the official website of the Education Ministry, which can be accessed via, www.moe.gov.lk Applications can be submitted until the 25th of this month. According to the Ministry of Education, a number of hotlines have been introduced to obtain further information regarding the online application process: 011 2787303, 0112 787385, 0112787393 0112787399 and 0112 787444 A total of 4253 students will be admitted for 50 courses, at 19 Faculties of National Colleges of Education located across the island, the Education Ministry further said.
