COLOMBO (News1st): The government will introduce the 20th amendment after seeking public opinion, state minister Shehan Semasinghe has said. "We will not bring amendments targetting individuals," Semasinghe said accusing the former government of introducing the 19th amendment with an ulterior motive. He added that the new amendment would remove all obstacles that are hampering the progress of the country. Meanwhile, minister Keheliya Rambukwella has said that the issuance of jobs for unemployed graduates will conclude by September. "We will start issuing jobs by the 2nd of this month," the mass media minister noted.
