Mahindananda appointed as President's representative to Constitutional Council

Colombo (News 1st); Agriculture Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage was appointed as the President's Representative to the Constitutional Council.
A spokesperson from the Parliament of Sri Lanka said the letter on the appointment was sent to the Speaker.
The Constitutional Council chaired by the Speaker comprises of 10 members.
