Couple arrested in Piliyandala for heroin possession

COLOMBO (News 1st): A couple was arrested on Wednesday (Aug 26) in Suwarapola, Piliyandala while packing Heroin.
The duo was engaged in packing Heroin at their residence, adding 75g of Heroin were seized from their possession, Sri Lanka Police said.
The suspects aged 39 and 43 will be produced before Kesbewa Magistrates Court today (Aug 26).
