20 arrested in Millaniya Facebook party: SL Police

COLOMBO (News 1st): Sri Lanka Police raided a party organized through social media held in Ballenthudawa, Millaniya, and arrested 20 suspects, police said on Monday (Aug 10). According to Police, the arrested include 15 male and 5 female suspects. Stocks of Heroin, Cannabis, and narcotic pills were seized from the suspects' possession, police said. The suspects aged, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 32 and 60 are residents of Bandaragama, Mellamulla, Dehiwala, Panadura, Dodangoda, Wellanthudawa, Yatiyana, Kaduwela, Boralesgamuwa and Horana. The suspects will be produced at the Horana Magistrates Court today.
