Two police teams probe S.F Lokka's death

COLOMBO (News1st): Two police teams have opened investigations into the murder of 'S.F. Lokka' who was linked to several crimes on Wednesday. Eron Ranasinghe alias S.F. Lokka, 33, was killed in a shooting in Anuradhapura when travelling in his vehicle. Statements have been recorded from seven people over the incident, police spokesman Jaliya Senaratne, a senior superintendent said. The victim's body was handed over to his relatives following a magisterial inquest and a post mortem examination. His remains lie at his Anuradhapura residence. The final rites of 'S.F. Lokka' are to be carried out at the Nisala Nimnaya Public Cemetry in Anuradhapura. Eron Ranasinghe alias S.F. Lokka was the chief suspect in the murder of Wasantha Soyza on October 24, 2015.
