Illegal motorcycle racing event raided; 24 motorcycles seized

Colombo (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police arrested 39 people who took part in an illegal motorcycle racing event on the Piliyandala - Kesbewa by-road in the early hours of Sunday(26).
Authorities said the racing event was organized via Facebook and the racers were riding in a reckless manner.
24 motorcycles were seized by Sri Lanka and all suspects will be produced at the Kesbewa Magistrate's Court.
