Fake patriots misleading people - Sunil Handunnetti

Colombo (News 1st); Sunil Handunnetti, a candidate from the National People's Power movement said the people are being misled by fake patriots and used the incident surrounding "Karuna Amman" to muster support for the elections.
Commenting on "Karuna Amman", Handunnetti said when Mahinda Rajapaksa was the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party he seemed to show no regard for the fact Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan, who was appointed by him as Deputy Chairman was a one time Eastern Commander of the LTTE.
He alleged the incident surrounding "Karuna Amman" is being used to muster support for the elections.
