Vijith Vijithamuni slams Mahindananda Aluthgamage on match-fixing claims

Colombo (News 1st); Vijith Vijithamuni Soysa, the Deputy Education Minister in the Mahinda Rajapaksa government said match-fixing allegations are raised because cricketers opposed the move to build a cricket stadium in Homagama.
He said if there was any form of fixing, it was diplomatic level betrayal and he stopped short of revealing any other information.
He slammed Ex-Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage for remaining silent for so long without revealing the details.
