AG concludes action on 19,091 Criminal Cases in 17 months

Colombo (News 1st); The Attorney General's Department said it concluded action in respect of 19,091 Criminal Cases from January 2019 to May 2020.

State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne, the Co-Ordinating Officer to the Attorney General confirmed to News 1st, the Attorney General forwarded 10,785 Indictments to High Courts.
