Govt. to transport cancer patients to Apeksha Hospital

COLOMBO (News1st) : The government has launched a service to transport cancer patients to the Apeksha Hospital in Maharagama. The service had been launched due to travelling difficulties faced by patients who visit the hospital daily, the ministry of transport services management said. The new service, named as 'Apeksha Express', will transport patients from Matale, Nuwara Eliya, Anuradhapura, Hanguranketha, Kandy, Nikaweratiya, Godakawela, Galgamuwa and Mullaitivu.
