Total confirmed COVID-19 cases increase to 1060

COLOMBO (News 1st): The total number of COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka has risen to 1060, according to the latest figures published by the Epidemiology Unit at the Ministry of Health.
Thereby, 05 people tested positive for the virus on Friday (May 22).
As of 7:20 pm on Friday, a total of 431 active COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment.
The total number of recoveries in the country, stands at 620.
