Installment scheme for water bill payments

Water bills can be paid in installments, over-charge can be appealed

Colombo (News 1st); Former State Minister Vasudeva Nanayakkara said consumers who face difficulties in settling water bills at once, can choose to pay their bills in installments.

He said if a consumer believes the estimated bill by the National Water Supply and Drainage Board is an over-charge, they can appeal and it would be looked in to.
