Six more COVID-19 infections reported in Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News1st): Six more patients tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday afternoon bringing the toll during the day to 11, health officials said. Some of these patients were at quarantine centres while others were undergoing self-quarantine at Bandaranayake Mawatha in Colombo, director-general of health services Dr Anil Jasinghe noted in a statement. The health ministry said that the number of COVID-19 patients in the country now stands at 379. Among them, 107 have been recovered while seven have died.
