More than 1800 curfew violators arrested

COLOMBO (News1st): More than 1800 curfew violators have been arrested during the last 24 hours ending at 6 am, police said on Wednesday. According to the Police, 595 vehicles had been seized during this period for violating the curfew. The total number of people arrested for violating the curfew since it was imposed on March 20 to curb the spread of COVID - 19, stands at 17,717.
