Sick German woman aboard cruise ship taken to Colombo General Hospital

COLOMBO (News1st): A German woman who had fallen sick aboard the MSC Magnifica cruise ship has been admitted to the Colombo General Hospital, Navy said. The woman who is a 75-year old heart patient had been taken to the hospital, when the ship had arrived at the Colombo Port for refuelling. Earlier Monday, a Sri Lankan employed at the ship who wanted to return to the country, had been removed off the vessel  by a team of Navy officers. He has been sent to the quarantine facility in Boossa to undergo a 21-day quarantine period.
