More than 1300 arrested for violating police curfew

COLOMBO (News1st): More than 1300 people have been arrested for violating the curfew during the last 24 hours, police said early Monday. According to the Police, 312 vehicles had been seized during this period ending at 6 am today (Apr 6). Police noted that 14,795 people have been arrested in total, with 3665 vehicles being seized since curfew restrictions were imposed on March 20.
