COVID-19 : Four new patients test positive

COLOMBO (News 1st):  Director General of Health Services, Anil Jasinghe confirms that 04 more people have been tested positive for COVID-19. Total confirmed cases in Sri Lanka now stands at 166. Yesterday a total of 11 people were detected. While three of them were detected while receiving treatment at a quarantine facility in Jaffna. Another two positive cases were arrivals from the United States of America and South Korea. These cases were also detected at a quarantine facility. One other person was detected at a quarantine facility in Puttlam while another was detected from Chilaw. Another person who tested positive is believed to have closely associated with foreign nationals, and an expectant mother from Kalutara was also tested positive for COVID-19. The two other cases are those who closely associated the COVID-19 patient detected from Akurana.
