O/L results delayed till further notice

COLOMBO (News 1st):- The Examinations Department issuing a statement notes that the results of the Ordinary Level examination will not be issued this month as the compiling of the results have come to a standstill given the prevailing situation in the country. The department notes a later date would be notified in due course once the situation in the country eases. Meanwhile, the Colombo Stock Exchange will not be opened for trading both tomorrow (March 23) and the day after (March 24). The reason for this decision is the extension of the curfew in Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara Districts until Tuesday (March 24) at 6 am.
