6 new COVID-19 cases confirmed

Colombo (News 1st) - The number of confirmed COVID -19 cases in Sri Lanka has risen to 34. Director General of Health Services, Dr. Anil Jasinghe confirmed the 6 new cases at the press briefing convened by the Task Force to combat COVID-19. The new six confirmed cases are as follows, One is the spouse of one of the tour guides who tested positive for the virus earlier. Two are residents from Kelaniya and Marawila. Another is a resident of Udugampala who had arrived in the country from Qatar. The remaining two are passengers who arrived from the UK and Germany.
