Go to quarantine or go back - warning from Health DG

Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe said the decisions for the quarantine of people are reached based on a scientific founding, adding, China was not included in the list of risk countries due to the rapid improvement of the situation over there. Health Officials in Sri Lanka believe the possibility of the virus spreading in Sri Lanka via a Chinese is very low, adding, many people from South Korea and Iran are placed at quarantine centers. Dr. Anil Jasinghe said if a person is not willing to go in to quarantine the only alternative is to return to Italy, go to a quarantine center or be arrested by Sri Lankan authorities.
