77 arrested for posession of Narcotics during a party

Colombo (News 1st) - Police yesterday raided a party organized through Facebook in Pannipitiya and arrested 77 persons for the possession of narcotics. The suspects are due to be produced before the Judicial Medical Officer later today. According to the Police, the arrested suspects were between the ages of 18 and 35, among the arrested were 17 female suspects. The narcotics that were found in their possession have been confiscated by the Police.
