Sibling rivalry in the highest offices of the land

Colombo (News1st) - Convenor of the Left Front Chameera Perera notes that a sibling rivalry is developing at the highest levels of administration in Sri Lanka. He noted that he has received information that the Director-General of Customs who was appointed by the President a few days ago has been removed based on the advice of the Prime Minister. Perera noted that similar scenarios were witnessed both at the SLBC and the ITN. Perera concluded that this is a clear demonstration that the elder brother PM Mahinda Rajapaksa is more powerful than the younger brother President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
