Vocational training for 5000 inmates

Colombo (News 1st) - The Ministry of Justice has focused its attention to providing 5,000 detainees with Vocational training. Ministry Secretary JJ Rathnasiri stated that inmates that have shown good behavior and are approaching the end of their sentence, will be given the said training. The training will focus on technical skills as well as foreign language skills. They are set to be sent to State and Private Sector institutions for training.
