Former COPE Chairman demands Ajith Nivard Cabraal's passport be seized

Colombo (News 1st): Speaking at am event today JVP MP Sunil Handunnetti noted that the Attorney General should order the seizure of Ajith Nivard Cabraal's passport as soon as possible. He pointed out that Arjuna Mahendran escaped the country because the judiciary failed to seize his passport. He added that if there is an independent judiciary in Sri Lanka the Attorney General, before arresting Kapila Chandrasena, should order the seizure of Ajith Nivard Cabraal's passport. Handunetti noted that the passports of everyone named in the report should be seized and legal proceedings should be initiated promptly.
