Fire destroys rubber plant in Dodangoda

Colombo (News 1st) - A fire at a rubber production facility in Thudugala, Dodangoda has completely destroyed the facility. According to the Police, the fire erupted at around 10.35am and was doused with the assistance of the Kalutara fire and rescue unit, the Police STF and 5 service vehicles from the Dodangoda PS. The cause of the fire has not yet been ascertained.
