Chinese nationals in Sri Lanka advised to confine themselves

Colombo (News 1st): The Department of Immigration and Emigration has taken steps to send a letter of advice to Chinese nationals who are in Sri Lanka with residence visas. 

Controller General of Immigration and Emigration 

Pasan Ratnayake noted that accordingly they have been advised to

 confine themselves to their workplace and lodging. He said all the instructions will be sent to the relevant Chinese companies tomorrow (Feb 1). He added that their aim is to ensure the safety of the general public.
