3 world super power reps arrive in Sri Lanka

Colombo (News 1st)  - Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov arrived in the country this morning. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold discussions with President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa later today. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi also arrived in the country today. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, the Chinese FM will engage in discussions with the President, Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dinesh Gunawardena, Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ravinatha Ariyasingha and other high ranking officials. Further, US Principal Deputy Assistant Sec. of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Alice Wells also arrived in the country for a two-day official visit.
