Civil Security Officers to guard live elephant fences

COLOMBO(News 1st) - State Minister of Wildlife resources, Wimalaweera Dissanayake stated that 2000 additional Civil Security officers will be deployed for the protection of live elephant repellent fences.
The Minister added that the Civil Security Officers will be on guard 24/7 to protect the fences.
