Colombo (News 1st): The public in the Kandy District are facing problems with the increase of vegetable prices. The vendors of the Kandy – Katugastota Special Economic Centre complained about illegal vendors who are doing businesses at the centre.

The retail shoppers say, because of the illegal vendors, the price of all vegetables has increased by Rs. 50 per kg. Though the officials have been informed on the matter, necessary actions have not yet been taken.
